Call to Order

Convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Statues Section 19.85 (1)(g) Conferring with the Town's legal counsel to render oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town of Clyman with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.

Reconvene into open session and take possible action on items discussed.

Adjournment.
