ANIMAL VACCINATION CLINIC
It’s that time of year again when licenses
for animals are coming due. Is your animal up-to-date
on its vaccinations? If your animal is in need
of vaccinations, the Town of Clyman will be
sponsoring an animal vaccination clinic in association
with The Gentle Healer Pet Clinic on Saturday,
December 6, from 1:00 until 3:00 PM. This clinic
will be held at the Clyman Town Hall, 735 Main
Street, Clyman, Wisconsin. The cost of a rabies
vaccination will be $12. In addition to rabies,
other vaccinations will also be available for
an additional cost. If you are a resident of
the Village or Town of Clyman, you will also
be able to have your pet licensed at the time.

SANTA
IS COMING TO
THE VILLAGE OF CLYMAN
Children of the Village and Town of Clyman
can get their list ready to give to Santa. He
will be stopping by for a visit at the Clyman
Village Hall, 735 Morgan Street, Clyman, on
Saturday, December 6, from 10:00 until Noon.
Santa does request that you bring a non-perishable
food item to donate to the food pantry when
you come to visit.

OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETINGS
TOWN OF CLYMAN (DODGE COUNTY)
PLANNING COMMISSION AND TOWN BOARD
Thursday, December 4, 2008
Pursuant to the Town of Clyman Zoning Ordinance
("CZO") § § 12.4 –
12.6 and Wis. Stat. § 19.84, notice is
hereby given of a joint public hearing and separate
public meetings of the Town of Clyman Plan Commission
and Town Board. This joint hearing and the successive
meetings of the Plan Commission and Town Board
that will follow the joint hearing will be held
on Thursday, December 4, 2008, commencing
at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Clyman Town Hall,
735 Main Street, Clyman, Wisconsin. A follow-up
to the Town Board's meeting will be placed on
the Town Board's agenda for its meeting to be
held on Monday, December 8, 2008, commencing
at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall.
The purpose of the joint hearing
will be to consider amending the CZO by adding
to CZO § 4.9(3) three conditional uses
((o), (p) and (q)) and rezoning to AG Business
the 13.6 acre parcel located at the SE ¼
of the NE ½ of Section 32, Town of Clyman,
Dodge County, Wisconsin – parcel number
012-1015-3213-001, having the street address
of N2797 State Highway 26, Dodge County, Wisconsin.
Proposed conditional use CZO § 4.9(3)(o)
is: Commercial Truck Service and Repair, including
fabricating/welding and storage of parts and
supplies customarily associated with such service
and repair. Proposed conditional use CZO §
4.9(3)(p) is: Biofuel Production, including:
storage for feedstocks, chemicals for biofuel
production or chemicals recycled from the production
process and end product; off-loading or loading
facilities for the same; and, ancillary laboratory
facilities for the testing of product quality
or new product development. Proposed conditional
use CZO § 4.9(3)(q) is: Grease Recycling,
including storing, rendering, processing and
transporting for sale in a nuisance-free manner
animal fat, vegetable oil and food wastes, as
that term is described in Wis. Admin. Code §
§ NR 214.02, containing animal fat or vegetable
oil.
The purposes of the Plan Commission
meeting that will follow the joint public hearing
will be to make a recommendation to the Town
Board on the following: (i) the proposed additions
of conditional uses CZO § 4.9(3)(o), (p)
and (q); (ii) rezoning of the 13.6 acre N2797
property; and (iii) the granting of the proposed
conditional use permits to United Liquid Waste
Recycling as operator of the conditional uses
and Tracy Bros. LLC as owner of the N2797 property.
The purposes of the Town Board
meeting that will follow the Plan Commission
meeting will be to (a) act on the Plan Commission's
recommendations with respect to (i) and (ii)
above; and (b) place on the agenda of its December
8th meeting a decision on the Plan Commission's
recommendation with respect to (iii) above.
All interested residents are
invited to attend and be heard at the hearing
if they have concerns or questions and may,
at the Commission's or Board's discretion, be
heard at the meetings.

MEETING OF BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
December 3, 2008 – 7:00 PM
The Town of Clyman Board of Zoning Appeals
(“BZA”) will reconvene the public
meeting portion of the October 28, 2008, Wis.
Stats. Sec. 68.11 proceeding for the conditional
use permit (“CUP”) conditionally
issued to United Liquid Waste Recycling (“ULWR”)
and Tracy Bros. LLC (“Tracy Bros.”)
for the acceptance and treatment of industrial
waste and/or municipal sewage sludge at the
N2797 Highway 26 Site and other agricultural
sites within the Town. At this meeting the BZA
will consider a revised CUP prepared by BZA
counsel that includes: changes to the CUP as
a consequence of the technical discussions between
the Town's Zoning Administrator and the environmental
consultant for ULWR; and, changes to the draft
CUP posted on the Town's website proposed as
the result of discussions on November 5th and
19th among counsel for the BZA and Permittees,
the Chair of the BZA and representatives of
the Permittees. The BZA is expected at this
meeting to adopt a final CUP and to instruct
BZA counsel regarding preparation of appropriate
Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Final
Decision of the BZA concerning the CUP's terms
and conditions. This meeting will be held at
the Clyman Town Hall, 735 Main Street, Clyman,
Wisconsin.

BOARD OF REVIEW TO A LATER DATE
The Board of Review for the Town of Clyman
will meet on the 9th day of June, at 6:30
PM at the Clyman Town Hall for the purpose
of calling the Board of Review into session
pursuant to Sec. 70.47(1), Wis. Stats. Due
to the assessment roll not being completed,
the Board of Review will be adjourned until
July 8, 2008, at 6:00 PM.
Pursuant to Sec. 70.45, Wis. Stats., the
assessment roll for the Year 2008 will be
open for examination at the Clyman Town Hall
on July 1, 2008, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Instructional
material about the assessment and Board of
Review procedures will be available at that
time for information on how to file an objection
and the Board of Review procedures under Wisconsin
Law.
